Backyard before and after

As I mentioned earlier, we had a massive storm tear through Memphis about a month ago. We had 1 huge tree come down, taking another huge tree on the other side of the yard down with it. It was a huge mess. Our shady backyard is now only 2/3 shady. But I kinda think it looks better than it did before.


Here's right after the storm. Our back fence is about 20 feet behind the debris that you see. And these were taken off my iphone and I didn't feel like trying to make them look better because it's branches people. But you get the idea.





Here's where the tree forks. The base of the tree crashed down on the left fence and is in our neighbor's yard. Awesome!!






We've had all the debris removed, fence repaired, etc. It looks like a new yard. These were taken before the pile of logs was removed. And this pile was only about 1/3 of the final pile...






Crazy huh? Now there's PLENTY of room for the bouncy blow-up thing and new cedar swingset for Charlie's 3rd Birthday. Right, Paul??
